There are over 30,000 real estate agents in Singapore and truth be told, the good ones provide the relatively same standard of work. So the decision to engage Agent A or B boils down to how well both parties can relate.
Liken that there's no one-size-fits-all property or solution, the same can be said when selecting the real estate agent you want to work with.
I strongly believe in being honest, transparent and understanding towards my clients. I also believe that simply saying that my clients' priorities are above mine is too cliche. After all, why would anyone work without an incentive? So I would prefer to reach a win-win situation for both myself and my clients, in the most honest way, without compromising on my values.
I believe in "doing to others what I want others to do to me".
Work aside, I'm also a dad to our precious baby girl, Abigail and a husband to my lovely capable wife, Apribelle, who takes care of the house while I'm out there taking care of my clients.
The Team
Apart from managing my clients and my own family, I am also responsible for the individuals who chose to join me in this real estate journey. There's a famous saying that goes:
"If you want to go fast, travel alone, if you want to go far, travel together"
We believe there is strength in numbers and we hope to build upon each others' skillsets to provide a wholesome experience for our clients.
We are not just here to complete a transaction and move on. We are here to go the distance with you - clients, business partners, and other agents who are looking for a close-knitted team.
Last but not least, what really brings us together is not just the passion for sourcing value properties, it is the constant search for the best Bar Chor Mee in town.
